Our Team

HARRY BUCK is the Founder and CEO of ContractRedlining.  He oversees the operations in the United States.  His mission is to help guide ContractRedlining to provide a better AI-enabled solution for small and midsize businesses for their routine contracts. The quality of the service we provide is the metric by which he is judged.

Harry initially practiced law, mostly as a litigator and for a time as General Counsel of an insurance company, for a total of about 15 years.  During that time, he was twice elected as a State Bar Commissioner and he was also elected as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

For the last 20 years, Harry has worked in the legal technology space, initially in electronic discovery and then in legal outsourcing.  In 2015 Harry started working for LegalSifter in the contract Legal AI space, at the early-stage development of the tool which ContractRedlining uses for its solution.  Starting in 2017 Harry founded Legal Outsourcing 2.0, the human resources piece of several contract AI solutions.  Harry also currently serves as CEO of Legal Outsourcing 2.0 which provides the human resources that perform services for ContractRedlining.

As a consequence of Legal Outsourcing 2.0 helping develop legal AI tools, it has developed expertise in creating deliverables by using the tools we helped develop and keep a team busy doing that.

Harry received his BA from Brown University and his JD from Pace University School of Law.

In his spare time, Harry serves as a board member of the Metro NY Chapter of ACEDS.

 DAKOTA PRAKASH  Seasoned Contract Operations Professional | AI-Enabled Legal Services Expert

With over eight years of experience in the legal field, Dakota works from the United States and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in contract operations, having worked across law firms, government agencies, and the software industry. Specializing in AI-assisted contract management for the past five years, Dakota has successfully integrated cutting-edge legal technology to streamline and optimize contract operations for clients across diverse sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, shipping and supply chain, and software.

Holding a certificate in Paralegal Studies from the state of Pennsylvania, Dakota combines a strong legal foundation with a deep understanding of the practical applications of artificial intelligence in legal services. This unique blend of skills has positioned Dakota as a trusted leader in driving AI-enabled contract solutions, transforming how legal teams and organizations manage and execute contracts.

Proven results and a commitment to innovation define Dakota's approach, making her a key driver of success in enhancing contract operations, improving efficiencies, and delivering measurable outcomes for clients. 

DEREK STEGELMEIER works from the United States office as Customer Services Manager. He is responsible for overseeing all phases of client deliverables and ensuring that the quality and expectations of the clients are met. He oversees the operations of our contracts review. 

Derek has worked for the past 5 years overseeing large teams that develop and use contract AI-assisted software. He helped develop signature workflows that improved the process and quality of contract redlining and extraction. He is an early and enthusiastic adopter of new legal technologies.

At ContractRedlining, Inc., Derek is charged with leading the legal teams and is the client-facing liaison with our American clients and partner firms. He trains the attorneys, checks their quality and develops process improvements, based on data. This ensures the highest quality of work and builds on lessons learned from each project. He is responsible for all client redlining and ensures a cohesive and quality product from beginning to end. 

Derek currently serves as the President of the Metro NY Chapter of ACEDs.

In 2010 Derek received a B.A. in Philosophy and German Linguistics from Brigham Young University where he graduated with Honors. Derek received his JD/MBA from Saint Louis University in 2013 with a focus on international law. Since 2014 Derek has been an active member of the New York State Bar and is on the board of the LGBT+ Section of the Bar.

NAMRATA DUTTA works out of our India office and is the Business Growth and Development Manager at ContractRedlining. With over a decade of experience in contract management, negotiation, and compliance, she is a seasoned professional who excels in overseeing complex contractual agreements across various industries, including technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and finance. Namrata has been instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive contract management policies in the AI-assisted contracts management space.

At ContractRedlining Namrata plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and development. She strategically manages contracts to align with the company's long-term goals, ensuring that all agreements are meticulously crafted to support seamless project execution and delivery for our clients. Her proficiency in client relations is a cornerstone of her professional success. Namrata has a remarkable talent for building and nurturing strong partnerships, significantly enhancing the company's reputation and client satisfaction. Namrata brings extensive experience in the legal process outsourcing (LPO) industry, having held key positions at multinational organizations such as Thomson Reuters, Xerox Business Solutions, and Consilio. At Thomson Reuters, Namrata optimized legal document workflows, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in review processes. At Xerox Business Solutions, she honed her project management skills, successfully overseeing numerous high-profile projects from inception to completion. At Consilio, Namrata demonstrated exceptional leadership in client services, managing client interactions and ensuring the delivery of top-notch service and support. Her ability to address client needs effectively and provide tailored solutions has been pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships and achieving successful project outcomes. 

Namrata holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University in Pune, India, obtained in 2014. 

 ANIRUDDHA SARKAR works out of our India office as the Lead for Client Services for AI-Assisted Contract Operations. Aniruddha leads the development and preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks for our diverse range of clients, which serve as a vital role for standardizing and streamlining contract redlining and management practices across the organization. Aniruddha is responsible for client orientation, communication (external and internal), quality assurance and our meticulous reviewing processes to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and quality assurance for our clients. 

With 6+ years of extensive experience in legal document review and contract lifecycle management he has an eye for detail and a profound understanding of contract drafting, redlining and negotiating workflows. Aniruddha's proficiency in redlining documents and risk assessment has been instrumental in optimizing the contract processes and safeguarding our clients' corporate interests. Through his leadership in these areas, Aniruddha ensures that the contract management operations are not only efficient and effective but also aligned with the company's strategic objectives. His expertise in developing out AI-assisted redlining provides our clients with the most comprehensive and complete review of their agreements.

Aniruddha spearheads the training programs for the redlining process, ensuring that new resources are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in this critical aspect of contract redlining. 

Before joining ContractRedlining, Aniruddha has held senior positions within the legal departments of several multinational corporations, where he refined his skills in contract drafting, reviewing, negotiation and litigation. Aniruddha began his career journey in the year 2018 at DWF Mindcrest as a Legal Researcher. He joined Legal Outsourcing 2.0 as a Senior Legal Associate in the Contracts Management team in 2021. Aniruddha’s educational background traces to the year 2017 where he completed his BA.LLB (Honors) from Tripura Central University and he furthered his academic credentials with a Master of Laws (LLM)  in 2018 specializing in the Constitutional Law.
