What We Do

 The way it works is we first identify routine contract types that you use at scale, such as NDAs or MSAs, and use your existing playbook or create one based on your preferences.

Next, we upload the playbook into a program which applies AI to identify the legal concepts contained in your playbook.

Then, every time you receive a contract from a third-party we upload that contract, and the program compares the third-party contract to your playbook.

The third-party contract terms which are not acceptable to your playbook, are interlineated using the AI we apply and suggested changes based on your playbook are applied.

Finally, the resulting changes and AI-assisted suggestions are reviewed by one of our lawyers who specializes in contract review and analysis who performs whatever cleanup and high-level verification is necessary.
